Economy shipping rates range from $5.95 to $8.95 depending on order weight and shipping location. For orders over $99, customers have the option to upgrade to faster standard shipping for only $1.95. FedEx 2 Day shipping is available for a flat rate of $15-17, while FedEx Standard Overnight is available for a flat rate of $39. It is important to note that FedEx orders cannot be shipped to PO box addresses or US territories. The shipping timeline varies depending on the shipping method chosen, with economy shipping taking 2-4 days, FedEx 2 Day arriving in two business days, and FedEx Standard Overnight arriving the next business day. The Goulet Pen Company ships five days a week, Monday through Friday. The Goulet Pen Company has a 60-day return policy, starting from the day the order was placed. Customers are requested to send returns back within 2 weeks of approval. Additionally, Namiki pens or Bespoke Sailor pens cannot be returned if they have been inked up. The company retains the right to deny any return for any reason.
