Piecework offers various shipping options through UPS that will be handed off to USPS at checkout. Customers who cannot receive packages from USPS must order their package as Expedited or otherwise noted options. Due to supply chain demands, there may be nationwide shipping delays, so customers are advised to allow for extra days. The brand has partnered with Route, a package protection and tracking solution, to provide customers with the best possible delivery experience. Route provides low-cost shipping protection to safeguard packages in the event of loss, theft, or damage during transit. The Route app is also available on Android and Apple app stores, allowing customers to visually track all their online orders in one place.

Piecework accepts returns of unopened products purchased from their website within 14 days from the date of delivery for a full refund. However, any shipping charges applied to the original order will not be refunded. To return a product, it must be in the original packaging, including any exterior shrink wrap, and have no signs of wear or use. Refunds will be applied to the original form of payment, and processing time for the refund to be applied may take up to 1-2 weeks once the returned product(s) have been received. Piecework does not offer exchanges or store credit.
