Free shipping over $50
Parks Project ships domestically and internationally. US customers have two shipping options: Standard and Express. Standard shipping is free for orders over $50, and Express shipping costs between $10-$25 depending on the items being shipped. International shipping costs between $25-$50 and can take 2-3 weeks depending on where you live. All items except posters are eligible for Express shipping.
Parks Project return policy
30-day return window
Returns accepted within 30 days for unwashed, unworn items in brand new condition with tags attached. A $9.00 return handling fee is deducted from refunds, though exchanges on domestic orders are free. Sale items and posters are final and not eligible for returns or exchanges.
