Parks Project ships domestically and internationally. US customers have two shipping options: Standard and Express. Standard shipping is free for orders over $50, and Express shipping costs between $10-$25 depending on the items being shipped. International shipping costs between $25-$50 and can take 2-3 weeks depending on where you live. All items except posters are eligible for Express shipping.

Parks Project offers a 30-day return policy for domestic exchanges, with a $9 fee for returns. Customers can return items by visiting the Returns Portal on ParksProject.com, entering their order number and shipping zip code, downloading the prepaid shipping label, packaging up the new and unused, undamaged items, and dropping off the package at the nearest post office. Posters and items from the Sale & Vintage Shop section are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. The company typically processes returns within a few days.
