Pact Organic processes orders within 2 business days. Standard shipping for packages to the Continental US are shipped via DHL eCommerce, with final delivery via USPS or via FedEx. Shipping costs for standard shipping are $5.00 for orders below $50, while orders above $50 get free shipping. For expedited shipping, orders below $50 cost $3.00 while orders above $50 cost $8.00. International shipping is available for orders over 125 USD, with free shipping for orders above 125 USD and a shipping cost of 14.00 USD for orders below 125 USD. All international orders will be shipped via DHL, but delivery timing cannot be guaranteed due to customs clearance.

Pact Organic offers a hassle-free return policy for their clothing. Customers can return or exchange any unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging items within 60 days of purchase. The brand offers two easy methods for returns: drop off at a Happy Return Bar location or print a label at home and drop off with FedEx. There are no box or label requirements for the Happy Return Bar option.
