Otherworld currently only ships within the U.S. Orders over $35 will receive free ground shipping, which has an average shipping time of 3-5 business days. Express shipping is also available for a fee and will ship in 1-2 business days. All tracking information is sent via email. Otherworld has partnered with Cloverly to offer carbon-neutral shipping for all shipments, which is calculated at checkout based on the package's weight, origin, and destination.

Otherworld has a 30-day return policy for unopened products. Customers must contact the Customer Happiness team to initiate a return and receive approval before shipping the item back. Opened products cannot be returned for a refund. Return labels are calculated individually and will be deducted from the refund if the return is approved. Otherworld is not responsible for duplicate orders, refused shipments, or items returned after 30 days of the initial purchase date without prior contact. Damaged items should be reported to them.
