Orseund Iris ships orders from their 3PL Monday-Friday, with a processing time of 4-5 business days before shipping. Delivery times are provided as a guideline only, and delivery time depends on shipment courier and destination. Orseund Iris delivers worldwide, with expedited shipping available for domestic orders via FedEx Priority Overnight. Domestic orders are shipped via FedEx 2Day, and shipping costs can be estimated by selecting state and zip code upon checkout. International orders are shipped via Passport Priority DDP, with the recipient of the shipment responsible for all Import Fees. Orseund Iris is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery due to force of nature or other uncontrollable events.

Orseund Iris offers returns for store credit, a refund in the original form of payment (excluding items only eligible for store credit), or an exchange for a different size or color. A return authorization must be requested within 7 days of the delivery date, and returns must be shipped back within 5 days of approval. Items must be returned in new and unused condition with all original packaging and tags attached. Clothing that has been worn or used cannot be returned, and returns for press and styling purposes are not accepted. Initial shipping charges cannot be refunded, and accessories under $50 USD are final sale. Orseund Iris reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet policy requirements or are returned without authorization. Exchanges are processed upon receipt of the returned item and are based on stock availability. International returns require the customer to cover return shipping costs. Defective items should be reported to customer service immediately. Orders refused or deemed undeliverable by FedEx will be returned to the warehouse and canceled if the customer does not respond. To initiate a return, customers must use the Return Portal and follow the provided instructions. Returns and exchanges take 7-10 business days to process once received at the warehouse.
