30-day return window
Items may be returned within 30 days of purchase if unused, in original condition with shrink wrap intact, and in original packaging. Opened puzzles or games, items not in original condition, damaged items, or returns after 30 days are not eligible for refunds. EU customers have 14 days to withdraw from purchases.
