The story
On is a running shoe company founded by three friends in the Swiss Alps with the mission to ignite the human spirit through movement. The brand was started by retired athlete Olivier Bernhard, who created a prototype running shoe with a unique design using garden hose pieces glued to the outsole, later joined by Caspar Coppetti and David Allemann in 2010. The company aims to revolutionize the sensation of running through innovative shoe design.

On Running ships to over 50 countries around the world and is continually adding more to the list. If a customer's country of residence is not on the list, they can use the Dealer Locator to see if Ons are available from dealers in their country. The brand covers shipping costs and any customs charges for most countries, except for India, Indonesia, Israel, and Malaysia, where shipping costs will occur. If the order does not meet the minimum order value to qualify for free shipping, the shipping cost will be displayed during checkout. Delivery times vary depending on the country and delivery options available, but it typically takes 1-6 business days to receive the package. Once the order is processed, customers will receive a confirmation with tracking information for their order, including the carrier used.
On Running return policy
30-day return window
On Running has a return policy that allows customers to return products for a refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase. The company covers the cost of return shipping, except in India, Indonesia, and Malaysia. To initiate a return, customers must fill out the Return/Exchange form and return the product in its original packaging, including any accessories. Limited Editions, Last season, Cyclon, and Onward orders cannot be exchanged, but can be refunded. Expedited shipping costs will not be refunded.
