OFFHOURS offers free shipping to the 48 contiguous states in the USA, and local taxes are collected for orders shipping to NY. For international orders, OFFHOURS ships to a variety of countries, and international orders are final sale. The brand uses a combination of USPS and UPS Ground 5-7 day, or Fedex Ground 4-6 day for shipping. Orders placed before 11AM EST are shipped the same day, while orders placed after 11AM EST are shipped the next day. There is no shipping available to PO Box addresses. For holiday shipping, all US orders received by 12/20 will be received by 12/24, and for international orders, it is recommended to place orders before 12/16.

OFFHOURS offers a free return and full refund policy for all US orders within 30 days of purchase, as long as the items are unworn and in the same condition as when they were delivered. International orders can only be returned for a refund of the product, with international shipping charges not being refunded and the customer responsible for paying for the return shipping.
