Nikben offers free shipping on all orders over 150€/150USD/150GBP. They ship worldwide using DHL, FedEx, and UPS. The normal delivery time within Sweden is 1-3 days, while the rest of the world can expect delivery within 3-7 days. Shipments are made during business hours, Monday to Friday. If an order is placed before 11.00 AM GMT+1 on a weekday, it will usually be shipped on the same day. Customers will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number via email once their order has left the Nikben warehouse. Nikben is not responsible for any delayed deliveries if the order leaves the warehouse on time. Domestic orders exceeding 995SEK within Sweden are shipped free of charge, with the original shipping cost of 40 SEK financed by Nikben. For international orders, Nikben uses UPS, DHL, and FedEx as their shipping partners. Orders exceeding 150EUR/150USD will be shipped free of charge. However, it is important to note that delivery charges do not cover any eventual import costs for non-EU countries.

NIKBEN has a 14-day return policy, allowing customers to return their purchased items for exchange or refund. The product must be unused, unwashed, and all labels and original packaging should be intact. Returns can be made for different sizes and/or colors, subject to stock availability. Customers within Sweden can use the return portal to register their return, with exchanges and returns of part of an order being free of charge. However, returning the entire order will incur a charge of 80SEK. For customers within and outside the EU, the return portal should also be used to register returns. Exchanges and returns of part of an order are free of charge, but returning the entire order will be charged 10EUR/10USD/10GBP. Sale items can be exchanged and returned at any time. Once approved, refunds will be processed within 14 days and the order amount will be refunded, minus the shipping cost, directly to the source of payment.
