Nadaam offers shipping for both domestic and international orders. Domestic orders are processed within 3-7 business days and can be shipped via ground, 2-day express, or overnight shipping. Ground shipping costs $10, but is free for orders over $150. International orders are processed within 10-15 business days and shipped at a flat rate of $45. Please note that international orders may be subject to additional transit time and customs clearance delays. Nadaam ships DDU “Delivered Duties Unpaid” and international customers are responsible for the payment of any additional associated duties and taxes. Shipping carriers are experiencing a higher volume of packages than normal this year, so Nadaam encourages customers to shop early and give carriers extra time to complete delivery. Unfortunately, overnight and 2-day shipping orders cannot be guaranteed to arrive on time for Christmas.

Nadaam accepts returns and exchanges of unworn, unwashed, damaged or incorrect items within 30 days of the original delivery date. Items must be returned with Nadaam tags attached. Online returns are subject to a return fee of USD $12.75, which will be deducted from the refund amount. Refunds will be processed once the return has been received at the warehouse, which can take up to three weeks. Final sale merchandise, including gift cards, discounted merchandise, or personalized/monogrammed merchandise cannot be returned or exchanged. Damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 30 days of delivery. In-store purchases can be returned to any Nadaam store within 30 days of purchase. International customers are responsible for arranging their return shipment and will be charged an additional return fee of USD $12.75. Third-party retailer purchases must be returned to the store of purchase.
