Mud Wtr offers shipping to both the United States and Canada. For Canadian customers, shipping is a flat rate of $10 regardless of location. Delivery typically takes around 10 days, but there may be delays at the border. In the United States, standard shipping is free for subscription orders. On-demand customers can choose between standard shipping for $5 (4-8 business days), or pay extra for faster delivery (3 business days for $10 or 2 business days for $15).
Mud Wtr has a 30-day return policy for unopened products. To initiate a return, customers must contact the company within 30 days of the purchase date for approval. If approved, Mud Wtr will email a return shipping label, and the customer must print and mail the package back. Opened products cannot be returned for a refund. Damaged items should be reported immediately to drink@mudwtr.com. Mud Wtr is not responsible for lost, stolen, or undelivered shipments or duplicate orders placed by customers. Refused shipments may not be returned to the company, and therefore, no refund will be issued. Open food items and supplements with a broken seal cannot be returned. Mud Wtr is not responsible for items returned after 30 days of the initial purchase date and/or without prior contact.
