Mous aims to dispatch all orders within one business day, with express services being prioritized. Dispatch confirmation emails containing tracking links are sent out once orders have been dispatched. Pre-orders will be dispatched on the date stated on the relevant product page. Mous uses various couriers worldwide, including DPD, Landmark, Spring Global, and UPS, depending on the location. Shipping times and costs are dependent on the shipping destination, with no additional fees or taxes incurred by customers in the US, UK, or EU. However, international orders placed to non-EU countries may be subject to additional fees. Mous is not liable for any costs incurred due to unique customs laws for taxes and duties in different countries. For customers outside of the EU, UK, or US, there may be local customs charges depending on the order total. Mous is compliant with IOSS regulations for orders within the EU.

Mous offers a 30-day return policy for items purchased directly from their website. To initiate a return, customers must contact the Customer Experience team and receive pre-authorization. Returned items must be unused and in re-saleable condition, with all original packaging intact. UK and US customers are eligible for free returns, but customers outside these regions must cover return postage costs themselves. Mous reserves the right not to issue a full refund if products have been customized or have been used, damaged, or tampered with. Backpacks must be returned in perfect condition, and any missing packaging elements may affect the refund amount.
