For international orders, Modern Citizen offers shipping with costs calculated at checkout based on the weight of the package and the destination country. Duties are paid upon receipt by the customer. There is no additional shipping cost or deal offered for purchases over a certain price.

30-day return window
Modern Citizen offers a 30-day return policy for exchanges and returns. Exchanges and returns for store credit are free, while full refunds are available for a fee of $5. To return an item, customers must visit the returns center on the brand’s webpage, fill out the required information, package the items with original tags and packaging, attach the return label, and ship as directed. Items marked Final Sale cannot be exchanged or returned, while other sale items are eligible for exchange or return for store credit only.
