For purchases under 600 KR, there is a shipping fee of 59 KR. The package is delivered to the nearest delivery point, and if any damages occur during pick-up, customers are advised to report it directly to the delivery point. Milook sends an order confirmation to the provided email address after the order is placed, and the estimated delivery time is 2-4 working days. In case of any delays, customers will be contacted and given the option to cancel their purchase. It is important to note that in the event of a product exchange, the customer is responsible for the return shipping. Additionally, all packages must be picked up, and if a customer changes their mind after the package has been sent, they must collect the package and send it back to Milook.
