Milook’s Shipping Policy

For purchases under 600 KR, there is a shipping fee of 59 KR. The package is delivered to the nearest delivery point, and if any damages occur during pick-up, customers are advised to report it directly to the delivery point. Milook sends an order confirmation to the provided email address after the order is placed, and the estimated delivery time is 2-4 working days. In case of any delays, customers will be contacted and given the option to cancel their purchase. It is important to note that in the event of a product exchange, the customer is responsible for the return shipping. Additionally, all packages must be picked up, and if a customer changes their mind after the package has been sent, they must collect the package and send it back to Milook. Failure to collect the package will result in a fee of SEK 300.
Milook’s Return Policy
Milook offers a 14-day exchange and return policy for their goods. Customers have the right to return or exchange an item within 14 days of receiving it, as long as the item has not been used and is returned in undamaged condition. Customers are responsible for paying the return shipping fees. When returning an item, it is important to include the original packaging and any brand tags. If an item is wrongly shipped or incorrect, the company will cover the return postage. The brand follows the Swedish Consumer Agency's rules for e-commerce in cases of exchange, return, or complaint. If a customer is not satisfied with their order, they have a 14-day cancellation period after receiving the item. The right of withdrawal does not apply if the item has been used, and the item must be returned in substantially unchanged condition. Once the company receives the item back and confirms that it is undamaged and unused, they will refund the amount paid within two weeks. In some cases, it may take up to 30 days for reimbursement.
