21-day return window
Miller & Drake allows customers to return items for a refund or exchange within 21 days from the delivery date. The item must be in the same unworn condition as when it was received and ideally in the original packaging. Customers are advised to obtain a proof of postage from their local Post Office when returning the item, as Miller & Drake cannot be held responsible for items that go missing in the post. It is important to note that return postage will not be refunded. Refunds can only be credited to the original purchaser's card or Paypal account.
