Menlo House return policy
30-day return window
Menlo House does not allow returns on their packages, but size exchanges are permitted within 30 days of receiving the items. Customers must contact the Member Experience team to request a Size Exchange Request Form and ensure that all items are unworn, with no visible signs of use. Customers outside of the contiguous United States are responsible for shipping charges when returning items for exchange, but Menlo House covers the shipping back to the customer. The brand does not allow refunds, and any billing errors must be reported to Menlo House.
