Matek ships all orders within 24-48 hours, with efforts made to ship overnight orders on the same day. The brand offers free shipping on all orders over $300 within the US, while orders under $300 have a standard shipping fee of $15. For international and overnight US orders, shipping costs are quoted based on location.
Matek offers a 14-day return policy for unworn garments with all tags still attached. The returned item must be in pristine condition to be resold. If the item does not meet the policy, it will not be accepted for refund. To request a return or exchange, customers must email hi@matek.clothing and wait for a response with a return label. Shipping for exchanges within the US is free. Once the return is approved, the refund will be credited to the original payment method, but original shipping costs are non-refundable. The refund may take up to 10 working days to show on the customer's account due to varying processing times between payment providers.
