MARDA shipping policy
Free shipping
MARDA offers free shipping on all orders. Shipments are made during business hours, Monday to Friday, with the exception of Danish public holidays. If an order is placed before 11.00 AM CET on a weekday, it will usually be shipped on the same day. A delivery confirmation and tracking number will be sent by email once the order has left the MARDA warehouse, making it easy to track the order. MARDA uses UPS as their shipping partner in Europe and FedEx for the rest of the world. For non-EU countries, MARDA covers all import costs. The shipping times are 1-2 business days for Europe and 2-3 business days for the rest of the world.
MARDA return policy
MARDA offers a 30-day free return policy for their products. To initiate a return, customers should contact the brand to receive a return label. The item must be unused and in its original packaging. The return should be mailed to Hindegade 3, Copenhagen K, 1303, Denmark. It is recommended to use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. Refunds will be processed approximately three weeks after the brand receives the returned item. However, it is important to note that products purchased during July sales are not eligible for returns. If a customer wishes to exchange a product for a different size or color, they should contact the brand via email and follow the same return process. The brand also provides a 2-year right of complaint for customers. If a refund has not been received, customers should first check their bank account, contact their credit card company, and then their bank. If the refund is still not received, customers can reach out to the brand for further assistance.
