Mansur Gavriel's Return Policy

Mansur Gavriel offers returns on full-priced merchandise that is unused and in its original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Items marked down 30% from their original price are final sale and therefore not eligible for return, nor are items that are damaged, scratched, or not in their original packaging. To return an item, US customers can submit a return request through the Returns Portal on the brand’s website and will be provided with a free shipping label and return authorization along with detailed instructions. International customers have to send in a return request using the International Returns Portal on the brand’s website and will receive a prepaid return label and authorization. A $25 fee is deducted from returns on all international orders. Refunds take between 4-7 days to process once the item is received by the warehouse. Domestic exchanges are available for customers based in the US, but international exchanges are unavailable.
