Mukluks are soft boots traditionally made of hide, created by Canada's First Peoples for warmth and maneuverability in natural environments. The brand's mukluks are made from sealskin, moose hide or caribou, and in winter are insulated with the fur of beavers, squirrels, bears or other animals. Manitobah Mukluks offers free shipping to most areas in Canada and the US for orders over $100. Standard shipping for orders under $100 is a flat fee of $10. However, some areas do not qualify for free shipping, and customers will be notified upon order placement if they do not qualify. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days and will arrive within 3-5 business days of being shipped. Express shipping is available for $50, and international shipping is also available with varying prices depending on the country. International customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, and other local importation charges. The brand accepts returns but the shipping and other charges will be the responsibility of the customer.

Manitobah Mukluks allows customers to return items purchased from their online store in new, unworn condition with all tags and original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Orders over $100 in Canada and the contiguous United States qualify for free return shipping labels. However, a flat rate shipping fee of $10 will be deducted from the refund amount for orders under $100. The brand's Holiday Return Policy extends the return period for orders placed between October 1 - December 31 until January 31. Final Sale and Storyboot items are not eligible for returns. Refunds will be returned to the original form of payment. International orders do not qualify for free returns and exchanges, and customers are responsible for duties, taxes, and shipping expenses.
