Mamamade offers delivery services two days a week, on Tuesdays and Fridays, and customers can expect a confirmation of their expected delivery date from the brand's carbon-neutral delivery partner. On the day of delivery, customers will receive a 1-hour delivery window in the morning. As long as the meals are "refrigerator cold" upon arrival, they can be safely put into the freezer. Unfortunately, Mamamade does not currently deliver to certain areas in the UK and the Republic of Ireland. If there are any issues with the delivery, customers are encouraged to contact the brand within 24 hours to resolve the issue.

Mamamade offers a return policy for customers who experience issues with their box, such as missing meals, damaged packaging, or non-delivery. Customers must report any issues within 24 hours of receiving their box, and the company will offer an appropriate refund if it can be shown that the box was not supplied as it should have been.
