Mahabis offers two delivery options for their customers. For orders above $115.00, €110, US $110, AUD $210, customers can enjoy free tracked delivery via standard mail which takes 6-8 working days. For those who prefer a faster delivery, express mail is available for $15, which takes 1-3 working days. However, it is important to note that express services may not be available or may take longer in outlying areas. The brand is currently unable to ship to armed forces addresses. Delivery dates shown are based on advice from their carriers and are not guarantees. For standard mail, the delivery cost is $11.70. Customers should place their express delivery orders before 1 pm UK time.

Mahabis offers quick and easy exchanges and returns within 30 days of receiving your order. The company covers the shipping cost of returns, but if you are returning items for a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. Refunds are made to the original payment method and should take no longer than 7-10 days following receipt of the returned items, which must be in unused, box-fresh condition. The despatch note must also be included in the return. Mahabis is permitted by law to reduce your refund to reflect any reduction in the value of the items caused by your handling, including any loss or damage that occurs during transit. The company suggests using a tracked delivery method and keeping proof of postage. Mahabis does not refund the price of any gift card, gift wrapping, or gift box added to your order. If you return your whole order, the company will refund the price you paid for the items within your order. If you return part of your order, the price you paid for the returned items only will be refunded, and express or other paid-for shipping costs will not be refunded. Mahabis processes returns manually, so customers should allow up to 10 working days for the refund to be processed and for the funds to be available in their accounts. To start a return, customers must visit the returns portal and select the items they wish to return or exchange, choose how they would like to send them, package them up, and send them back. The order number and postcode/zip code are required to initiate a return.
