M.Gemi offers various shipping options for their customers. For Cliente Rewards members, standard shipping is complimentary and arrives within 3-6 business days. For non-members, standard shipping costs $8 and also arrives within 3-6 business days. Second-Day Air is available for $20 and arrives within 2 business days, while Next-Day Air costs $30 and arrives the next business day. It's important to note that M.Gemi ships to Alaska and Hawaii with Second Day Air, but with a surcharge.

M.Gemi offers complimentary exchanges and returns for eligible items in their original, unworn condition within 14 days of delivery. Sale items are only eligible for store credit. Shoes must also be returned in their original, unworn condition. The warehouse photographs any returns with imperfections, and returns deemed worn are assessed on a case-by-case basis. If a customer receives a shoe with quality imperfections, they must email M.Gemi within 48 hours of receiving the shoes. To initiate a return or exchange, customers must visit mgemi.loopreturns.com and follow the provided instructions. M.Gemi reserves the right to charge a $10 restocking fee per returned item if a client's return rate becomes excessive.
