The footbed contains the same memory foam, paying homage to terry-cloth slippers. Lusso processes all orders within 24-48 hours, but due to the COVID-19 pandemic, shipments may take longer than usual to arrive. Customers will receive an email with their tracking information once their products have shipped. For international orders, customers can choose between standard and express shipping options. All orders are processed and shipped within 24-48 hours, but tracking is limited once it leaves the United States. Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout, but taxes, duties, or brokerage fees will not be calculated. Lusso has a 30-day return policy for eligible items that are in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Customers must provide a receipt or proof of purchase and contact Lusso to begin the return process. Damaged or defective items should be reported immediately upon reception. Perishable goods, custom products, personal care goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, and gases cannot be returned. Sale items and gift cards are also non-refundable. Customers who wish to exchange an item should return the original and make a separate purchase for the new item. Refunds are issued once the return is received and inspected, and may take some time to process and post to the original payment method.
