Lulus' return policy allows customers to return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. Customers must start the exchange process within 30 days of delivery and must send in the item within 10 days of starting the exchange process. If the item is not sent within 10 days, Lulus will charge a $7 shipping fee. Returns cannot be processed after 30 days and any damaged items will be subject to a shipping fee. No items are non-returnable. It takes the company up to 14 days to process a return.
