Lisa Says Gah ships most orders from their Los Angeles, California warehouse within 2 business days of being placed. Express and Next-Day orders placed before 10 AM PST are shipped out the same business day. In-store pickup is available at their LA retail store, but only after receiving a "ready for pickup" email confirmation. Domestic shipping options include UPS Next Day Air Saver (1 business day), UPS 2nd Day Air (2 business days), and UPS Ground (3-5 business days). Rates are calculated at checkout. International shipping is available through DHL Express Shipping (3-8 business days) with a flat rate of $20-40 for orders under $150 USD. Orders over $150 USD ship for free.

Lisa Says Gah accepts returns of unwashed, unworn merchandise in its original packaging with tags attached within 30 days of purchase. Returns requested for orders after this period will not be accepted. Final Sale items and gift cards are nonrefundable. Swimwear must be unworn and still have the hygiene strip in place. Lingerie, Vintage, Beauty, Jewelry, Socks, Hair Accessories, and Sale items purchased on markdown with "final sale" in-cart notification are final sale and cannot be returned. U.S. Returns for store credit are free. In-Store Returns (Los Angeles) are also free. A $6 fee is deducted from returns via Happy Returns return bars. A $10 fee is deducted from Mail-in Returns. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. For International returns, a return shipping fee (approximately $20-40 USD) will be deducted from your refund when your return is processed. If duties & taxes are included in the product price, you will receive a full refund of those as well. Duties and taxes that are paid separately at checkout are nonrefundable, except for orders shipping to Canada. Initial shipping fees are nonrefundable. Customers must ensure that the returned items are in their original condition and packaging. The return window for a refund to original payment method is 30 days from date of purchase. Orders placed with store credit can only be refunded in store credit.
