LifeLabs typically takes 4-6 business days to process and ship orders from their facilities in Vietnam and China. For new or pre-order products, shipping dates will be notified on individual product pages. Due to ongoing international shipping and supply chain delays, customers will be updated on any issues outside of the brand's control. Shipping is done in bulk by air freight twice a week to reduce the brand's carbon footprint, which may lead to longer shipping times. The brand omits packaging as often as possible to reduce their impact, but uses compostable PLA-based polybags and recyclable paper labels and cardboard shipping boxes when necessary. LifeLabs currently only offers domestic shipping within the United States.

LifeLabs Design offers a warranty for all their products, which are designed and manufactured to last. If a product fails due to a materials or manufacturing defect, customers can contact help@lifelabs.design within 30 days of the ship date found on their invoice to start the return process. LifeLabs Design will evaluate the return and provide a shipping label for the customer to return the item at no cost. The company reserves the right to refund, replace, offer credit toward future purchases, or deny the warranty claim at their discretion. The warranty applies only to unworn/unused products, excluding knitwear, footwear, accessories, and collaborations unless otherwise stated. LifeLabs Design does not accept international returns or exchanges at this time. Final sale items or items marked as no return may not be returned or exchanged. If a customer would like to return a product, they must ship it to the designated location within 30 days of the ship date found on their invoice, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging. Customers must include the order number and RMA number provided by the company. The company deducts $10 from the refund for the prepaid shipping label. LifeLabs Design does not accept exchanges at this time. The company will notify customers via email once they have received and inspected the return, and let them know if the refund was approved or not. The refund will be automatically issued on the original payment method, and it may take up to 21 business days from when the company receives the items in their warehouse for the account to be refunded. Customers can cancel their order at any time if the company has not already begun to process the order and receive a refund to their original payment. If the order has been processed or shipped, the customer will need to generate a return as per the return policy.
