Labucq offers a $12 flat-rate shipping on all orders within the US. Customers can also opt for signature-required shipping for an additional fee. For international orders, there is a $40 flat rate that includes all taxes and duties, with a delivery time of 7-21 days depending on the destination. Labucq does not charge any unexpected costs at the border for international orders. The brand also offers calculated-rate express and overnight shipping within the US. Orders are shipped from the warehouse Monday-Friday, and any orders received after 10am EST will be shipped out the following business day.

Labucq accepts returns within 14 days of delivery for full-price items, which can be refunded to the original payment method or exchanged for store credit. Sale items with discounts equal to or greater than 20% off the original retail price can only be returned for store credit, while any sale items for 50% off or more are final sale. Customers are responsible for return shipping and any associated costs for international orders, and Labucq does not provide international return labels. To be eligible for a refund, items must be in new, unworn condition with no visible wear on shoe outsoles or uppers. Labucq shoes must be tried on indoors on a carpeted or soft surface, and socks must be returned new and unworn with all original packaging. Shoes must be returned in the original Labucq packaging, and returns received without the shoe box or duster bag will be subject to a $15 deduction from the refund amount. Returns initiated after the 14-day window will be processed as store credit on a case-by-case basis. Labucq does not offer direct exchanges, and customers needing a different size must place a new order. Any items not deemed resalable at full retail value, including those with scuffed outsoles, will not be processed for a return. Customers will be notified and responsible for reclaiming their shoes.
