La Ligne’s Shipping Policy

La Ligne offers shipping within the contiguous United States for a flat rate of $9.95 for ground shipping. Customers may also choose overnight delivery for a fee of $39.00, but orders must be received by noon EST to be eligible. Same day delivery is available for customers with a New York, New York address for a fee of $65.00, but again, orders must be received by noon EST. International shipping is also available, and customers can update their country at the top of the website to see shipping options and costs. Shipping fees are nonrefundable.

La Ligne’s Return Policy

La Ligne accepts returns on all items (except for items marked "Final Sale” or “Exchange Only”) within 14 days from the date of delivery as long as items are undamaged and have all of the original tags attached. Merchandise that has been worn, altered, washed or is damaged cannot be returned. If a return is not in perfect condition when it reaches their warehouse, the Customer Service team will reach out to let the customer know that they are unable to accept it. In these circumstances, the return can be sent back to the customer (for an additional shipping fee) or donated. Once La Ligne receives the return to their warehouse, it can take up to ten business days to process the refund.
