L'Estrange London offers free UK shipping via Royal Mail Tracked for 2-5 days, and DHL Next working day for £7.50 if ordered before the cut-off time of 1PM GMT. For the USA, free DHL Standard shipping is available for 4-5 days, and DHL Express for $23.00 for 2-3 days. International shipping is available for £20 via DHL Standard for 4-5 days. Orders over $800 (USD) are subject to additional importation fees, duty, and taxes which are the responsibility of the customer. Delivery times are guidelines only, and remote destinations may not always arrive within the specified shipping time frame. The brand reserves the right to delay the dispatch of any order, and will contact the customer if there is a delay or if an item is out of stock. Underwear and Re_Fresh Tablets are non-refundable or exchangeable, and swimwear must be tried on over underwear for hygiene reasons. Returns and exchanges can be made in any of their stores, and exchange orders will be shipped at no additional cost.
