Kuru's Shipping Policy

Kuru offers a simple and fast shipping policy. Almost all orders are shipped within 3 business days from multiple warehouses across the United States. Standard ground service is free for all orders shipped within the US, including FedEx/USPS for domestic and USPS for Hawaii and Alaska. However, due to higher than normal order volumes, shipping times might be delayed a few days. Kuru also offers express shipping for $30, which arrives within 2 business days after the order ships. For international orders, Kuru ships via USPS or FedEx Mail Innovations, and it takes an average of 7-10 business days for the order to arrive. Additional duties, taxes, fees, or VAT due on international orders are the sole responsibility of the recipient. The flat-rate international shipping costs are $2 per order for US territories, $19 per order for Canada, and $29 per order for all other countries/continents. However, Kuru is currently unable to ship to a handful of countries. Any and all return or exchange shipping fees are the recipient's responsibility, and customs or duties are not refundable.

Kuru's Return Policy

Kuru offers a 'No-Hassle' returns policy to ensure customers get the perfect fit. All items in original condition can be returned within 45 days of the original order date for a full refund of the purchase price. Return shipping is free for domestic US orders when using the provided shipping label. A Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) is required for tracking purposes. Kuru does not refund international duties, taxes, or VAT. Once the shoes are received, the refund will be processed within 1-4 business days, and it may take an additional 2-14 business days for the credit to appear on the customer's account. There are no restocking fees.
