For international customers, Kokoon ships to about 40 countries with one shipping speed available. Kokoon offers a 30-day return policy for customers who are not satisfied with their purchase. To initiate a return, customers must submit a support ticket through the help desk at help.kokoon.io. Customers will then be provided with a return address to send their packages to and must ensure that all pieces included in the original delivery are repackaged and sent back. It typically takes the company 10 business days to process a return.
