Koio offers free domestic shipping within the United States (excluding Alaska, US Territories, and Hawaii). Standard delivery times range from 3-7 days and express shipping is available for $15 with delivery in 2-3 business days. Overnight shipping with one business day is available for an additional $25. For international shipping, costs vary according to the country destination.
KOIO return policy
14-day return window
Orders have a 14-day return window; after this period, refunds are not available but exchanges or store credit are offered until January 11th, 2026 for holiday orders. A $14 shipping and processing fee applies to all returns and exchanges unless Checkout+ is purchased at checkout. Items discounted 25% or more are exchange-only and cannot be refunded. International orders cannot be exchanged and must be returned for a refund before placing a new order.
