Koio offers free domestic shipping within the United States (excluding Alaska, US Territories, and Hawaii). Standard delivery times range from 3-7 days and express shipping is available for $15 with delivery in 2-3 business days. Overnight shipping with one business day is available for an additional $25. For international shipping, costs vary according to the country destination.
Koio offers returns within 30 days of the original order both in-store and online. To return an item, customers must download a prepaid return label from Koio's website and contact the company for further information. All returns must be in new condition, unwashed, unaltered, and with all tags attached. Items must be returned in the original shipping packaging, boxes, and shoe bags. International customers are responsible for their own return shipping charges. There is no time limit for the company to process a return.
