Knot Standard is a brand that offers custom-made garments, and therefore they do not offer refunds once an order has been submitted and payment has been accepted. Additionally, all gift vouchers purchased online and in-store are non-refundable. However, in the rare event that a customer is not satisfied with their order, a merchandise credit of equal value may be issued.
