Kitty and Vibe offers free shipping on all US orders over $75. For Canadian orders, the shipping rate is $10.95, while all other international orders ship at a flat rate of $19.95. International duties, taxes, and fees are not covered by Kitty and Vibe on these orders. Ground shipping within the US takes approximately 5 to 8 business days from the fulfillment date, expedited shipping takes 3 to 5 business days, FedEx 2-day shipping takes 48 hours excluding weekends, and FedEx Overnight shipping guarantees next-business-day delivery by 5:00 PM to businesses and by 8:00 PM to residences. The warehouse processes orders Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM ET to 3:00 PM ET, with potential changes during holidays or peak seasons. If an order includes a preorder item, the entire order will be held until all items are ready to ship together. Kitty and Vibe's return policy allows for exchanges and returns of full-priced items within 30 days of shipment in the United States, with complimentary shipping labels provided. For refunds, a $6 restocking fee applies for orders with two or fewer items, and a $2 fee per additional item for orders with three to six items; a flat $20 fee applies for seven or more items. International customers must cover all shipping costs and have an extended 60-day return window but cannot exchange items, only return for a refund and repurchase. Items must be in new, unused condition with all tags and hygiene stickers intact, and soiled or damaged items will not be accepted. Final sale items are only eligible for store credit. Customers can exchange items up to two times per order, excluding final sale items. Refunds are processed within 14 business days of the return reaching the warehouse, with funds typically appearing in the customer’s account within 3-5 business days thereafter.
