Kitty & Vibe offers free shipping on orders over $75. For orders under $75, customers can choose between ground shipping for $4.95, expedited shipping for $7.95, or FedEx 2-Day shipping for $24.95. Canadian orders have a shipping rate of $10.95, while all other international orders have a flat rate of $19.95. It is important to note that international duties and taxes are not covered by Kitty & Vibe.
Kitty & Vibe offers a 30-day return policy for full-priced items that are in new, unused condition with all original tags and hygiene stickers attached. The company covers the cost of return shipping labels for exchanges and returns, but orders returned for a refund will incur a $6 restocking fee. International orders are not eligible for free returns, and all shipping costs must be covered by the customer. Soiled, worn, damaged, or laundered items will not be accepted for returns, and final sale items are only eligible for store credit or exchange after 30 days of being shipped. Customers must wear underwear while trying on the product and refrain from taking the item for a swim. If a product is determined to be soiled or incorrectly sent back, it will not be accepted for a refund, but store credit will be offered. The company does not offer international exchanges at this time.
