KBDfans has a shipping policy that varies depending on the type of order placed. If all items are in-stock, the preparation process takes 2-3 days. However, if the order includes services such as switch lube, film adding, spring change, or assemble service, it takes around 1-2 weeks to prepare. For Group Buy products, it could take 2-15 months for KBDfans to receive them. If an order includes both in-stock items and Group Buy products, everything will be scheduled to ship together once the Group Buy products are ready. FedEx/DHL delivers packages within 3-10 business days after the packing process.

KBDfans accepts return requests within seven days after the product has been delivered. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in its original condition with the original packaging included. A receipt or proof of purchase must also be provided.
