Kane orders placed on weekdays before 1PM EST are processed and shipped on the same day, while orders placed after 1PM EST are processed the next business day. Standard shipping takes 5-7 business days from the order date, and the brand currently does not ship to PO Boxes. Kane offers free shipping on orders over $100, excluding Canada, Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico.

Kane offers a return policy for regular-priced shoes within 30 days from the day the order is shipped. The shoes must be in unworn condition and in their original packaging. Trying on the shoes is recommended on a carpeted surface to ensure they remain in excellent condition. Returns can be processed directly through the website by entering the order number or telephone number associated with the order. A refund or store credit gift card will be issued within 21 days minus shipping cost, and there are two ways to return/exchange Kanes: return for a refund with a handling/restocking fee of $10/pair or exchange for a gift card with no additional fee. Any Kanes not purchased through the website must be returned through the respective retailer and their return policies are applied.
