JustFab offers free shipping in the continental US for orders over $49. Standard US and Canada shipping is $7-9 and takes 6-14 business days. Rush Shipping is available for $15 and takes 2-3 business days. For APO/FPO orders, shipping is $9 and takes 30 business days. Customers will receive a tracking number once their order ships and can view details on the Order History page under My Account. JustFab only ships to the US and Canada from their North American website, but they have international websites that may be able to ship to other countries.

JustFab has a 60-day return policy from the date of shipment, allowing customers to return items in unused condition and in their original packaging for a JustFab membership or store credit, a free exchange, or a refund. To return an item, customers should print the return label and packing slip on the Order History page, pack the item up with the slip, attach the return label, and ship it out. Return shipping for US territories and APOs costs $9. Items that have been used or are not in their original packaging are not eligible for return. It typically takes the company up to 10 business days to process a return.
