Index ships all online orders from their factory warehouse in Portugal. They ship Monday through Friday, excluding bank holidays. For orders received from the EU and UK, shipments are sent via DHL Express, while orders from Switzerland, U.S.A, Canada, and Japan are sent via Fedex Express. Shipping prices may vary depending on package weight and destination. Orders will be fulfilled within 1 to 2 business days from the order date, pending credit card authorisation and item availability.

Index has a 14-day return policy for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. The item must be returned in its original packaging with the back-neck barcode sticker intact and in unworn, unwashed, and undamaged condition. The return must be sent with a trackable parcel service. If the return is postmarked after the 14-day return allowance or the above conditions are not met, Index reserves the right to refuse the refund. Original shipping fees are not refunded, and the customer is responsible for any additional return shipping postage. It is recommended to refer to the product description, fit sections, and size chart to minimize unexpected surprises.
