Index has a 14-day return policy for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. The item must be returned in its original packaging with the back-neck barcode sticker intact and in unworn, unwashed, and undamaged condition. The return must be sent with a trackable parcel service. If the return is postmarked after the 14-day return allowance or the above conditions are not met, Index reserves the right to refuse the refund. Original shipping fees are not refunded, and the customer is responsible for any additional return shipping postage.
