Hurr Collective offers shipping within the UK through a first class delivery service that requires a signature upon delivery. All deliveries are the responsibility of the sender, but paid for by the renter. Customers are recommended to use a courier service that offers tracking, and can input the tracking number on the platform. For domestic orders, Hurr Collective offers free shipping for orders over £50. For international orders, Hurr Collective currently does not offer shipping outside of the UK.

Hurr Collective's return policy states that all rented items must be returned by the end of the rental period. For those who have a “managed” rental, return shipping instructions will be included in the order. Otherwise, instructions can be found on the website. All return delivery costs are the responsibility of the renter. Returns must be made within the specified time limit; Hurr Collective does not accept returns after the rental period has ended. It typically takes 7-10 business days for the return to be processed. Items that are not eligible for return include any items that have been damaged or altered.
