Howler Brothers offers free shipping with UPS Ground for orders over $99 within the US. Standard orders will be shipped from their warehouse within 1-2 business days, and express orders will ship within one business day. UPS 2-Day Shipping costs $20, while UPS Overnight Shipping costs $30. Orders under $99 will have a shipping cost of $7, calculated at checkout based on the cart value.
Howler Brothers has a 45-day return policy for all items that are in their original, unwashed and unworn condition with tags attached. To initiate a return, customers must click on the returns and exchanges portal and provide their order number and original shipping zip code. A return authorization is required for all returns, and a restocking fee of $7 per order will be deducted from the refund. Items may also be returned in person to their retail stores in Austin, TX.
