Hiut Denim offers worldwide shipping for their jeans. Customers can choose between International Royal Mail Tracked, which can take up to 7 days, or FedEx service, which can take up to 1-3 days. The preferred option can be selected at the checkout. Once the order is dispatched, customers will receive a notification email with tracking details. However, customers should be aware that customs and import duties may be applied to international orders, and these charges are the responsibility of the recipient and vary from country to country. Hiut Denim still ships to their EU customers, but since January 1st, they no longer charge VAT on EU deliveries, and customers are likely to be charged import duties and local tax on delivery. The brand is currently working with their delivery companies to find a simpler solution and hopefully offer customers the chance to pay all charges at the time of purchase. For UK orders, Royal Mail is used, while for overseas orders, Royal Mail or FedEx express is used. Orders that are in stock are generally shipped the next working day.

Hiut Denim offers a flexible return policy for their jeans. If for any reason a customer is not satisfied with their purchase, they can return the jeans for a refund or exchange by filling in the paperwork that arrived with their order and sending them back to Hiut Denim. Customers within the UK can use the Freepost label that's included with their paperwork to return the jeans, while customers from overseas will need to pay for the shipping cost. It is recommended to use a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance to avoid package loss during return shipment. Hiut Denim Co cannot replace packages lost during return shipment if proof of tracking is unavailable.
