Hello Bello offers shipping to all doorsteps in the U.S. via UPS and USPS. Shipping costs $9.99 for orders under $35, $4.99 for orders between $35 and $74.99, and is free for orders over $75. For Hawaii and Alaska, shipping costs $25 and may take up to 21 business days to arrive. Unfortunately, Hello Bello does not currently ship internationally. APO/FPO orders follow the same shipping costs as domestic orders, but transit times can range from 1-8 weeks depending on the base location.

Hello Bello offers a hassle-free return policy for its customers. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return unopened products within 60 days of your delivery date. To initiate a return, simply log into your account and select the "Returns" option. From there, you can select the item(s) or order you wish to return, choose the reason for your return, and submit your request.
