Hello Bello offers shipping to all doorsteps in the U.S. via UPS and USPS. Shipping costs $9.99 for orders under $35, $4.99 for orders between $35 and $74.99, and is free for orders over $75. For Hawaii and Alaska, shipping costs $25 and may take up to 21 business days to arrive. Unfortunately, Hello Bello does not currently ship internationally. APO/FPO orders follow the same shipping costs as domestic orders, but transit times can range from 1-8 weeks depending on the base location.
Hello Bello offers a hassle-free return policy for its customers. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return unopened products within 60 days of your delivery date. To initiate a return, simply log into your account and select the "Returns" option.
