For example, Belgium offers free shipping for purchases over 39 EUR, while Norway offers free shipping for purchases over 499 NOK. Happy Socks offers a 30-day return policy for products purchased from their website, as long as they are unused and have the labels intact. However, face covers cannot be returned due to hygienic handling reasons. Items purchased online cannot be returned in a retail or concept store. Customers are responsible for the shipping cost of returning the item(s) and Happy Socks does not offer free returns. Refunds will be processed within 21 business days from the day the parcel was delivered back to Happy Socks, and the original shipping charges will not be reimbursed. Any refund will be processed back to the payment method used when placing the order. If customers want to exchange an item for a different color or size, they need to place a new order and return the unwanted item. Happy Socks does not take responsibility for any lost items during the return shipping.
