Happiest Baby offers free ground shipping for purchase orders over $75 within the continental United States. However, an additional $185 shipping fee will be applied to SNOO purchases sent to Hawaii and Alaska. SNOO rentals within the continental United States are shipped for free, but an additional $275 shipping fee will be applied to rentals sent to Hawaii and Alaska. Unfortunately, Happiest Baby is not able to ship to APO/FPO addresses due to the size of SNOO. Orders usually leave the warehouse within 2 business days of the chosen ship date, and ground shipping takes 5 business days for retail products and 3-7 business days for rental products. Expedited shipping may be available with an additional charge. Happiest Baby can only ship to addresses within the 50 US states and the District of Columbia, and international shipping is currently unavailable.

Happiest Baby has a flexible return policy for their SNOO rental program. Customers can cancel their order up to 1 business day before the chosen ship date for SNOO and receive a refund. If the SNOO has already shipped, customers can cancel their rental at any time, but there is a 1-month minimum rental term. The rental term starts on the day the SNOO is delivered and ends on the day it is picked up by Happiest Baby’s specified carrier. To cancel the rental, customers must notify Happiest Baby through their account and have the SNOO placed with the specified carrier. Customers in the 48 contiguous United States will be charged $59.50 for shipping when returning the SNOO. It is important to save the SNOO original box and inserts to use when returning the bed, as the use of packaging not approved by Happiest Baby or improper use of the packaging provided by Happiest Baby may result in severe damage to the product during shipping.
