GREATS offers free shipping to the continental US on all orders. Those living in Alaska and Hawaii will be charged at checkout. All orders will be shipped the following business day after the order has been processed and will arrive in 3 to 6 business days. FedEx 2 Day and FedEx Standard Overnight Shipping are also available. Tracking options are available through the order confirmation email. International shipping is available in China only, and is handled through a third party partner called Beyond. Returns are accepted on undamaged and unused items within the 21 days of shipment date, and the shipping cost will be charged to GREATS within the 21 days.

GREATS offers customers in the continental US free returns within 21 days of shipment. Customers should try on the shoes indoors on a clean surface and the original packaging (including shoes, insoles, shoebox, laces, hangtags, etc.) should be included with the return. Shoes with excess wear or damage may not qualify for a return. Returns are typically processed within 7-10 business days. Items such as gift cards, digital downloads, and final sale items cannot be returned.
