Gobi's shipping policy states that all orders are fulfilled and shipped within 2 working days from their 3PL partner's warehouse in Germany. They partner with SevenSenders and DHL for all deliveries and use last-mile carriers for all orders. Shipping prices vary depending on the destination, with standard and express delivery options available for some countries. Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed and may change due to various factors. Within the EU, there are no customs duties or additional fees other than shipping costs. However, for countries outside the EU, customers may have to pay customs charges before the shipment is delivered.

Gobi offers a return policy for eligible returns within 14 days of receipt of delivery. To ensure a smooth return process, customers are advised to follow the official return process. Free returns are available within Germany and the UK, but customers outside these countries are responsible for the shipment fee until the product reaches the warehouse. Products must be returned undamaged in their original condition and packaging, including the tag. Face masks and knickers cannot be returned or exchanged for health and hygiene reasons, unless they are defective. Returns initiated after 14 days are only eligible for store credit, and the return shipping fee is to be paid by the customer. Refunds are issued within 14 business days in the original payment method, and shipping fees for non-approved returns are non-refundable. Gobi does not offer exchanges, and customers are advised to place a new order instead.
