Giggle offers shipping to all 50 states and the District of Columbia via UPS and USPS. Orders over $125 are eligible for free US standard shipping, while orders under $125 have a flat-rate shipping fee of $9.95. Additional expedited shipping rates are shown at checkout. Orders to P.O. Boxes are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. The brand aims to ship most orders within 2 business days, but during sales or promotional periods, processing time may extend to 3-4 business days. Unfortunately, international shipping is not currently offered by Giggle, and returns from overseas addresses cannot be authorized.
Giggle offers a 30-day return policy for eligible unworn clothing, shoes, toys, games, and other merchandise. The items must not be washed, worn, or altered, and accessories, shoes, toys, games, and other items must be returned in their original packaging. Undergarments and swimwear should be tried on over underclothing, ensuring that the protective hygiene strip remains in place and intact. Sale/discounted items purchased on further sale are only eligible for site credit and not refunds. Final sale items are not eligible for return unless damaged or defective.
