Gel Blaster offers a fixed price shipping model for domestic (USA) orders. Shipping prices will vary depending on cart value and location, with transit time for US orders taking 3-7 business days and international shipments taking 7-15 business days. The order cut-off time is 12:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (New York) every day, with domestic order handling time taking 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday). The brand uses FedEx carrier to deliver the product and cannot change the delivery address once it is in transit. Cancellations are accepted up to 12 PM eastern time (on the date of order) and damaged parcels in transit can be rejected and replaced or re-delivered by contacting customer service.
Gel Blaster has a 90-day return policy for all domestic (USA) orders. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in its original packaging, and customers must provide a receipt or proof of purchase. If the return is accepted, Gel Blaster will send a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send the package. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items can be returned for evaluation and exchange. Gel Blaster only exchanges damaged, incorrect, or defective products. Refunds will be issued on the original payment method and may take up to 5-7 business days to process.
